1) Are your products Allergen-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a completely allergen free brand, that means no dairy, gluten, soya, nuts. We are free from all 14 of the major food allergens. All of our products are packed in a nut free BRC certified facility.
2) I am Vegan, can i eat your products?
Yes, all of our products are certified by the Vegan Society.
3) Are your products Organic?
Yes, all of our products are certified by the Soil Association.
4) Do you use palm oil in your products?
No, we do not use palm oil in any of our products.
5) Are your products suitable for children?
Parents (and kids!) love our products as they are much lower in sugar than milk chocolate. They make a great healthy snack for children.
6) Are your products suitable for Coeliacs?
All of our products are made using certified gluten free ingredients.
7) Are your products suitable for the Keto diet?
All of our chocolate drops and buttons are lower in sugar, higher in cacao (70%), and only contain premium coconut sugar compared to mainstream chocolates. Please see the back of the pouch nutritional table for the specific carbohydrate content per serving which should allow you to gauge its suitability for your specific Keto diet.
8) How can i use Before Chocolate products?
Our chocolate drops and buttons are very versatile and can be used in a variety of ways; they can be used as a snack, for baking, adding to smoothies, desserts, topping up yogurts and breakfast.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK please familiarise yourself with your countries import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.
Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing the regulations may result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or returned to us. Please check with your local customs office if your country permits the shipment of the products you are ordering from us and if there will be any import taxes or customs duties on your order. You may also be required to pay a handling fee for the shipment which is a separate charge for which you will be billed directly.
If you decline to pay your tax and refuse to claim your parcel then the courier will send your parcel back to us or in some cases even destroy it (for which there is an additional charge). Your order will ONLY get refunded IF it gets back to us which may take a few weeks, minus any costs which have arisen due to you not accepting the parcel.
1) Do you ship worldwide and how much is the postage cost?
Our international tracked * signed shipping charges depend on which country you are ordering from. Shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout for you. Please note that any International Import duties or Customs Charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
2) How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Mon-Fri). If you place your order over the weekend it will be dispatched on Monday. Please bear with us in busy periods such as Christmas and other public holidays.
For orders in the UK please allow 2-3 days (depending on if you have selected first or second class postage). For orders outside of the UK delivery times will depend on where you are ordering from.

3) I still haven’t received my order, when can I expect it?
The vast majority of our customers receive their items within a couple of days with absolutely no problems. In the unlikely situation where your item has not arrived in the expected timescales, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and someone from our team will be able to help.
4) I would like to report a problem with my order
We’re sorry to hear that something isn’t right with your Before Chocolate order. Please email email@example.com so we can look into this straight away.
In order for us to investigate we will need the use by date and batch code (this will be on the bottom of the back of pack) Please ensure you make a note or take a photo of this information to provide to us when you get in touch to submit your issue.
